CANCELLATION POLICY

SHARP ADVANTAGE SAFETY PRODUCTS WILL ENFORCE A STRICT 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.


Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you.


At time of scheduling, a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE (credit card) deposit is required to hold your reservation. Your deposit will be applied to your total balance for your custom fitted seat insert.


All custom fitted seat inserts are by appointment only and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your appointment on a mutually convenient day/time, as long as you contact us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled service, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

 

Again, we require a deposit since the services are reserved for you personally.


This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. This policy is provided to ensure the best quality of excellent service for our established and future clients.
